Daily rental rates refer to 24 hours with unlimited utilization and include Government Tax (6%) Additional hours will be charged at 1/5 of daily rental rate. Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. Rental is payable in advance. We accept all valid Major Credit Cards; Visa, Master and Amex. Personal cheques, cash payment and debit cards are not accepted.
Hirer and named driver (s) must be between the age 23 and 70 years old and in possession of a valid driving license with a minimum driving experience of not less than 2 years.
Free delivery or collection charges within 10KM radius from our rental office. The delivery and collection charges rates varies according to distance from the rental office. Outstation drop off or pick up will be charged accordingly.
Hirer is liable for damages / repairs cost to an amount between RM 5,000.00 - RM 10,000.00 per incident without CDW acceptance. However, this liability can be waived by purchasing a "Collision Damages Waiver" (CDW) as below:-

Missing items or accessories are not protected by our insurance or by purchased of "CDW" and will be the responsiblility of the hirer; i.e radio cassette, hubcaps, cd, tools or any other accessories fitted on the vehicle.
All complaints or disputes on charges must be brought to Euro Rent A Car's attention no later than 14 days from the date of completion of rental, otherwise the amount charged in the Rental Agreement should be conclusive.
A sum of RM 50 will be levied for services rendered, after business hours, inclusive of Saturday, Sundays and Malaysia / State Public Holidays for all locations nationwide.
Should the renter wish to extend the rental or appoint any additional drivers, it is compulsory to advise Euro Rent A Car immediately to facilitate the extension of the insurance coverage.
The renter may also purchase Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) for a coverage of up to RM 100,000 at a fee of RM 8 per day for all cars and RM 12 for MPV. The coverage protects the principle and 4 passengers in a vehicle for a total amount of RM 100,000 against bodily injuries and permanent disability and deaths.
The renter may also purchase the Windscreen Tyre Protection waiver should the windcreen cracks or breaks during the hired period or should the car tyres get damaged during the hired period. Windscreen and tyres are borne by the hirer should the hirer declines the WTPW.
Car is supplied with full tank unleaded petrol / diesel and hirer is obliged to top up the petrol / diesel to full tank when returning the car. Otherwise the renter will be charged for a refill upon return based on Euro Rent A Car fuel tariff.
Vehicles are not allowed into Singapore or Thailand. Euro Rent A Car will not be held responsible should any of the vehicles are taken into Singapore or Thailand without our knowledge. Insurance will not be covered for usage out of Malaysia.
All items and goods discharging unpleasant odours are strictly forbidden from being carried in the vehicle; i.e Durians, salted fish etc. The renter will be liable to reimburse Euro Rent A Caron demand for all costs of eliminating such odours, including the servicing of the whole air conditioner system and the loss of rental days to Euro Rent A Car.
The renter can also add Navigation Sysytem (GPS) devices to all car rentals. Daily rental at RM 20, monthly rental at RM 150. In the event of theft or damage to the GPS device, the renter will be subjected to an excess fee up to a maximum of RM 1,000.
Hirer is responsible for all traffic offences. Parking fees, toll charges are to be settled by hirer.
